What can I use for free?
Opportunity scores, trending keywords, 90-day trends, video SEO scores, home/search/Shorts badges, and Studio title and description scores with suggested tags are free forever. In keyword analysis, free members see a preview of 3 related keywords and 3 top videos; the full lists come with a plan. You can try the full lists and all the AI features (title suggestions, thumbnail text and images, descriptions, chapters, AI tags) for your first 7 days; after that, they come with the Own Subscription 5 plan.
Will I be charged automatically when the free trial ends?
No. ssokIQ doesn’t ask for a card. After 7 days, analysis features stay free, and you only see plan information when you tap an AI feature. You’re charged only if you subscribe to a plan yourself; subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime.
How does the AI work? Which subscription do I need?
Just one paid ChatGPT subscription. Download the installer (ssokIQ-Setup.zip), extract it and run it: it installs the PC connector together with OpenAI’s Codex and opens the ChatGPT sign-in window (Windows). Once you sign in, title, description, chapter and tag suggestions and thumbnail images are made with your own subscription, so there is no extra AI cost. If something is missing, the extension shows you step by step.
How does the family plan work?
The person who paid for the plan adds family or team members’ Google emails on the "My plan" screen (5 accounts including you; add more at $3.80 per person per year). Invited people can start using it as soon as they sign in to ssokiq.com with that Google account. Everyone uses the AI with their own ChatGPT subscription (Codex).
Which browsers are supported?
ssokIQ is a Chrome extension built for Google Chrome. You can also install it in other browsers that support Chrome extensions, such as Microsoft Edge and Naver Whale.
Do you need my YouTube channel password or permissions?
No. You just sign in to ssokiq.com with your Google account. ssokIQ reads the title and description shown in YouTube Studio to display scores and suggestions, and never requests channel management permissions.
Where does the keyword data come from?
We collect Google Trends (Korea) and YouTube search results every day and turn search demand and competition into a score. Raw data is kept for only 30 days; the calculated scores are kept over time to detect rising keywords.
Can I use one account on multiple PCs?
Yes. Sign in with the same ssokIQ account and your plan applies on any PC, at home or at work.
How do refunds work?
You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment (or of an automatic renewal payment). Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle. For details, see our Refund Policy or contact us.
